Founded by Guiseley Juniors, Menston, Burley Trojans and Ilkley Town, our mission is to support
YOUTH PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
for both girls and boys at these four clubs

We achieve this through
FIRST CLASS COACHING
that complements the work of grassroot coaches

"NOT ONLY DOES WGA OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW AS A FOOTBALLER, BUT TO GROW AS A PERSON TOO. AND VITALLY, HAVE FUN."
JOINING WGA
WGA is a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers. The program runs for eleven months, from September to July.
To cover coaching, pitch hire and equipment costs, we charge a £30 fee per month plus a small administration fee.

ENTRY CRITERIA
We want players who are performing well for their club and eager to improve - girls age 8-16 and boys 6-16 from the four founding clubs are welcome.
